Terry and Cathy are building their modern Victorian on 60 gently rolling, wooded acres east of Kiowa.  The design, is entirely Cathy’s, modified and fine tuned by a draftsman and structural engineer.  She spent nearly a year tweaking the home, so it is a perfect match for their needs.  The two story, three bedroom, will offer a perfect, quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.   The house will feature radiant floor heating throughout, a large front wrap-around porch, and a walk-out / garden level basement.  Other features will include a two story great room and a gourmet kitchen.

The land will still have agricultural uses including cattle grazing.  A nearby neighbor has already agreed to have his champion, long haired, show cattle on the property.  The 1000 pound plus animals, appear menacing, but are as gentle as can be.
