Matt and April built a luxury Denver Four Square with a gorgeous gourmet kitchen and  designer touches throughout.  They were excellent project managers and they found enough room in their homebuilding budget to finish out three additional bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement level. Their all-brick home is a Bonnie Brae standout in terms of design and craftsmanship.

John had very high engineering standards and everything was built to his exacting specifications.   Heating, cooling and built in data systems are all state-of-the-art.   Stephanie used her faux-finish painting skills to make the interior of the house warm and inviting. One of the highlights of the project is a huge deck that affords 50-mile views of the plains.

Phil and Rosemary built their custom “Seven Gables” home with painstaking attention to details. Phil installed the radiant heat system and tile floors, and Rosemary selected the trim and colors. The kitchen and baths are designer masterpiece.  Every accent  throughout the house is both personal and perfect!
